Traded in her Japan airlines uniform after flying for 8 long years Decided to disembark and leave behind her flying peers Katrina joined Office Planner as a sales executive Started on a completely different journey with a new narrative Managing the period contracts of a thousand chairs to the healthcare sector Understanding that to inhibit the growth of bacteria with the use of anti microbial protectors Adding value to the stakeholders of each of the term contracts she administers Already a familiar face in the hospital receptions where she signs in and registers No longer the steward of miles in the air, She traded her wings for a polished flair. With each greeting, her smile still bright, Now wrapped in the halls of hospital lights.

On route to an interview to be a childcare teacher, Her path took a different turn once she reached the doors of E centre Never dreaming that she would choose a job selling office furniture What started out as a trial has now become a great choice as a career Adele leads the sales, QS and design team at office planner leading by example, she walks the talk when it comes to her sales manner She understands all the pain points of her clients amassed through the years Listening attentively, solving their challenges and giving them her ears From her first major project with NUH medical centre She took on the challenge where few dared even to venture Adele is now the driving force for the entire sales team 15 years later Motivating and inspiring all of us to be more efficient and to be able to perform better

For 20 years, Stephanie has balanced the books everyday Rain or shine, covid or flu, come what may With ledgers and payroll, she will track every cost, While building a culture where none would feel lost. She chairs the weekly project meetings without fail Pushing the team to close the books on every deal If the clients are slow to make payments for projects done Her paperwork trial is detailed so You cannot hide and cannot run From hiring the new talent and to fostering growth, She handles each challenge, with patience and oath. In meetings, she gives everyone a voice, Engaging the team where everyone has a choice.

For almost 20 years, he has his eye on the projects that the team brings working 24/7 hardly seeing the woman that he gave a long time ago a wedding ring With timelines to manage and the logistic teams to inspire, Weng speaks often of collaboration, setting hearts afire. Often breaking into a chuckle to mask his frustration with Murphy’s law With a loud sigh, he turns around after thinking of bolting out the door With age comes the supply of a wonderful cocktail of amlodipine and atorvastatin He nods, he beckons and the logistic team quickly start to fall themselves in They know this man is the epitome of discipline and yet ensures fairness There is a quiet calm he understands about project chaos and madness In the maze of logistics, where timelines are so pivotal and must coincide, The team knows how to navigate smoothly, with Weng’s wisdom as a guide.
